What is counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy. Counselling offers a safe, private and judgement free space to talk honestly about our emotions.

What to expect from an online counselling session.

How much does counselling cost?

I offer a FEE initial online session, lasting for 30 minutes. This gives us the opportunity to meet each other online, for you to ask any questions you might have, what you would like to get from counselling and how we can work together.

A counselling session cost £45 for an hours counselling. If you book 4 or more sessions you get a discount of £40 per session.

Why online?

Before the pandemic, online working wasn’t really an everyday thing, but now that has all changed. Online counselling is ace! It’s a great alternative to traditional in-person counselling and offers more accessibility and flexibility to traditional counselling.

  • You are not restrained by geographical distance – wherever you are based – we can chat!
  • For many clients online counselling can be less intimidating that face-to-face counselling.
  • It’s more accessible and inclusive for clients with physical disabilities or transport issues.
  • No travel costs (and no stress of getting to your appointment online) and no parking fees!
  • Flexible scheduling allows counselling to fit into your busy lifestyle.
  • It’s in your own home – sometimes people can find attending in person appointments very intimidating. Having online counselling helps you to feel safe and secure in your own environment during the session. This can help clients to feel safe and relaxed enough to explore thoughts and feelings they would be unable to investigate in person.

So what are you waiting for!? Don’t feel overwhelmed and alone with your problems. Get signed up for a FREE initial session, and let’s get booked in for an appointment. Make a cup of tea (or coffee), grab a biscuit or two – and let’s talk. I am here to listen.
